James Girling is the owner of Colin Girling & Company Ltd, and is Colin’s son. James has over 20 years experience of selling property in Ipswich and the surrounding villages. James is also a fully qualified domestic energy assessor and is happy to provide EPCs for rental properties as well as those for sale.
He is also the PR representative for The Suffolk Branch of The NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents).
Colin Girling - Former Director
Colin Girling retired from Colin Girling & Company Ltd in May 2011 having spent 47 years in the industry. He still pops into the office a couple of days a weeks to see how things are doing and is aways at the end of a phone to offer advice when needed.

Clare joined us in May 2011, to take over from Colin when he retired. She has over 20 years estate agency experience and is well known and respected in Ipswich. Clare is a very competent member of our staff and handles most of the sales chase ups, providing much appreciated updates to vendors and purchasers.

Tom joined us in June 2010 straight from school. In his spare time he is working towards a second NVQ in Customer Service, having achieved his level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration in 2011. Tom is proving to be a real asset to Colin Girling & Co, he finds selling property interesting and exciting. Whilst mainly office based our clients find him to be friendly and polite.
